Rams Move OK Red Streak to 30

GRANDVILLE – The Rams varsity volleyball team took a trip to Grandville, Thursday, Oct. 11, and rolled over the Bulldogs to move their OK Red win streak to an impressive 30. Rockford swept the Bulldogs by scores of 25-17, 25-22, and 25-12 to keep their streak rolling.

State leaders for the Rams were: Lindsay Taylor with 11 Kills, 4 blocks, and 7 digs; Madelyn Long with 3 Aces, and 10 digs; Emilee Karelse with 34 Assists, 2 digs, and 1 block; Megan Witte with 5 kills, and 2 blocks; Alyssa Judge with 6 kills, 1 Ace, 1 block, and 8 digs; and Emmy Webb with 13 kills, 3 blocks, 3 aces, and 8 digs.

The freshman team won in two sets and the JV lost in a tie-breaking third set.

Next up for the varsity team is an away match against West Ottawa, Wednesday, Oct. 16.
